Take Action with Black and Pink: Support Queer and Trans Incarcerated Community 

Black and Pink invites NTBA members to volunteer and/or become a penpal to queer and trans people inside prisons. They are looking for volunteers with interest in the following areas:

Mail processing – This includes opening, reading, and uploading the letters/requests from our inside members into Jotform 

Advocacy responses – Printing, addressing, and mailing advocacy letters based off of members needs

Member list updates – With a member database with over 20,000 members this option includes finding members in state or federal facilities, updating their addresses, or removing them from our mailing list
