2023 Last Lecture Series – Alexander Chen

We are excited to congratulate Board member, Alexander Chen, who is one of only three professors chosen by the Harvard Law’s graduating class for this year’s Last Lectures. Harvard Law Today highlights Alexander Chen for their latest article and talk to him about his journey and lessons along the way. 

In his Last Lecture series, Chen reflects on moments of reckoning he’s faced in pursuit of advancing social change, “My inability to take care of myself was impacting my ability to be more expansive in the thinking of my work.”
