NTBA Mentoring Program

NTBA encourages attorneys and law students to become part of our mentoring program for trans and gender non-conforming (TGNC) law students and new attorneys. Attorneys mentor students and less seasoned practitioners by providing career advice and support as they enter the legal profession. We are especially requesting mentor applicants to match with mentees and encourage both mentors and mentees to apply. Prospective mentors and mentees should fill out the brief application below.

La NTBA es una nueva organización dirigida por voluntarios, por y para los profesionales del derecho trans y aliados. Creemos que fomentar las conexiones profesionales para los estudiantes de derecho TGNC y los nuevos abogados es vital. No sólo enriquece el bienestar profesional de cada persona, sino que también tiene el potencial de fortalecer la voz de las personas trans en la profesión jurídica en beneficio de las comunidades trans.
