Lambda Legal and the ACLU are co-hosting a rally outside of the Supreme Court before, during, and after the Skrmetti oral arguments. The Skrmetti case is about a state ban on gender-affirming care for minors and has the potential to set a precedent for a much broader array of transgender legal issues. Bonus: this will be the first time an out trans person will be arguing at the Supreme Court!

- Port-a-potties will be available in Columbus Circle in front of Union Station. Union Station also has public restrooms.
- Unarmed security will be present throughout the rally.
- There will be a DJ to keep our spirits up.
- Lambda Legal and the ACLU will also have swag, an art installation, and rally signs.
- ASL interpreters will be present at the rally.
- The speaking program and DJ will run roughly between 10 AM and 1 PM ET.
