BRING TRANS EXISTENCE AND RESISTANCE INTO THE U.S. SUPREME COURT

The United States Supreme Court majority has openly declared war on the very existence of transgender Americans. But our resistance is undeterred. Join in our public rebuke of the Court’s right wing as the National Trans Bar Association brings a fresh cohort of out transgender attorneys to stand in front of the full Court bench and proclaim that not only are we undeterred, we are bringing more attorneys to the battle, admitting a new group of attorneys to membership in the U.S. Supreme Court bar.

The induction ceremony is December 2, 2025 – it will be our fourth annual induction ceremony, held at the Supreme Court in Washington D.C., as the Court starts its session, just before that day’s oral arguments. That morning, the National Trans Bar Association will bring up to a dozen out trans attorneys to be sworn in – and you can still secure a slot to be among them.

The requirements: you must be admitted to your state’s highest court for at least three years by the date of the ceremony. You must be in good standing. There is a one time fee payable to the U.S. Supreme Court Clerk of $200.00.
