Upcoming Skrmetti Decision Debrief with Alexander Chen

To help our community understand and process the forthcoming decision in United States v. Skrmetti, NTBA will be hosting a rapid response briefing when the decision is released. Alexander Chen, Founding Director of the LGBTQ+ Advocacy Clinic at Harvard Law School, will be returning to follow up on his presentation on the Skrmetti oral arguments and share his insights on what is to come.
