ACLU’s Call for Federal Workers affected by Federal Facilities Access
If your job requires you to visit federal buildings, especially courthouses, the ACLU wants to hear from you! The ACLU LGBTQ & HIV Project is closely monitoring H.R. 10186, the “Protecting Women’s Private Spaces Act,” which would limit access to single-sex facilities on all federal property based on “biological sex.” Please get in touch with the LGBTQ & HIV Project if such a bill, or similar restrictions, would affect your ability to work, especially in Washington, D.C.
